Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how order cancellations work for all Dogtown Gear purchases, including standard orders and subscriptions.

Standard Orders
Orders may be canceled only before they enter processing or production. Once an order has entered processing, production, or fulfillment, it cannot be canceled.
Most Dogtown Gear items are produced and shipped by third-party fulfillment partners. Because of this, orders often move into processing quickly after purchase.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. Any eligible returns or refunds are subject to our Returns Policy.

Subscriptions
Some items may be offered through subscription options. When you purchase a subscription, you authorize Dogtown Gear to charge your selected payment method regularly according to the frequency you select at checkout.
Subscriptions continue until canceled by you or discontinued by Dogtown Gear.
You may modify or cancel a subscription at any time before the next scheduled billing date by using the link provided in your order confirmation email or by accessing your account.
Cancellations made after a billing cycle has begun or after an order has entered processing apply to future shipments only.
Charges that have already been processed are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise stated in our Returns Policy.

What We Do Not Offer
Dogtown Gear does not offer pre-orders or try-before-you-buy purchases.

General Terms
Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary based on production, fulfillment, and carrier conditions. Dogtown Gear reserves the right to refuse, modify, or cancel orders or subscriptions at its discretion, including due to availability, production issues, or suspected misuse. Any required refunds will be issued in accordance with applicable law. This policy is subject to and governed by Dogtown Gear’s Terms of Service and Returns Policy.
