Dogtown Gear is an online-only retailer. We do not ship from a physical storefront.

Our products are fulfilled by a network of trusted print-on-demand and dropshipping partners who ship directly to you. Depending on the item, your order may arrive in multiple packages and from different fulfillment centers.

Shipping Area

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

International shipping is not available at this time.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Because Dogtown Gear offers both custom and supplier-fulfilled products, processing times may vary by item and fulfillment partner.

Shipping Fees 

We offered Free shipping for all orders from $60 and Above 

And $5 shipping fees for all orders bellow $60

Shipping Time

Typical delivery takes 5–8 business days after processing.

Some products may ship sooner, while others—especially custom or supplier-fulfilled items—may take longer based on carrier availability and warehouse location.

If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately and have different delivery times.

Tracking information will be provided by email as soon as each shipment is dispatched.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout according to product type, supplier, destination, and carrier rates.

If an order qualifies for free shipping, it will be clearly marked on the product page or at checkout.

Delays and Exceptions

Delivery estimates are provided by our fulfillment partners and carriers. Times may vary due to seasonal volume, weather, or supply-chain factors outside our control.

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipment, please contact us and we’ll work with the supplier to resolve it quickly.
