Return Policy

Dogtown Gear products are custom-made to order through our print and production partners. Because of this, returns are not accepted unless there is a clear defect, misprint, or damage upon delivery. 

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your package if:

The product arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted

The product you received is not the item you ordered

Non-Returnable Situations
We cannot accept returns in the following cases:

The product has been worn, washed, or used in any way

Incorrect size ordered (please review size charts carefully before purchase)

Minor color variations between screen images and printed products

Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

Normal wear and tear

Packages lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer

If your return request is approved, you will be issued instructions for next steps. Products returned without approval will not be accepted.


Refund Policy

Refunds are only offered in cases where a return request has been approved for a defective, misprinted, or damaged product. Once verified, you may receive either:

A replacement item at no cost, or

A refund to your original payment method.

Refunds are not provided for any product that has been worn, washed, or used, or for any of the non-returnable situations listed above.

Refunds are processed once the issue has been confirmed and may take several business days depending on your payment provider.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders begin production shortly after they are placed. Because of this, changes or cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of submitting your order. After that, we cannot guarantee modifications.
